Shipping Policy

Proxima Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”)

  1. General
    • Proxima Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., registered under Indian laws, sells products under the brand names ProximaLifestyle and ModeOn.
    • We ship Pan-India and to international destinations as applicable.
  2. Processing Time
    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • During peak seasons (sales, festivals), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  3. Domestic Shipping (within India)
    • Standard Shipping: We partner with trusted couriers (ShipRocket, Delhivery) to deliver orders in 3-7 business days, depending on location.
    • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping without any minimum threshold.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an extra fee of ₹50 on orders below ₹500
  4. International Shipping
    • We ship to select countries. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and delivery times vary by country.
    • Customs, import duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Tracking & Delivery
    • Once dispatched, we will send a shipping/tracking number via email/SMS.
    • If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support.
  6. Undelivered/Delayed Orders
    • If an address is incorrect, or you fail to take delivery, resulting in return to us, you may incur extra charges for re-shipment.
    • If the courier is unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, local disruptions), delivery may be delayed; we will keep you informed.
  7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    • If the package is damaged in transit, keep the packaging and contents, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@proximalifestyle.com
    • If the shipment is lost, we will initiate an investigation. Based on courier policy, we may offer a refund or resend.
