Refund Policy

  1. Returns & Refunds – What is covered
    • We accept returns/refunds for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.
    • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange.
  2. Timeframe
    • You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing support@proximallifestyle.com
    • After notifying us, you may be asked to send photos or proof of the defect or issue.
  3. Conditions for Return
    • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
    • For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear, swimwear) may not be eligible unless they are defective.
  4. Return Shipping
    • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • For change of mind returns (if accepted), customer may need to bear the shipping costs.
  5. Refund Process
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  6. Non-Refundable Items
    • Sale / clearance items marked “non-refundable”
    • Gift cards
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged through misuse, or missing parts
  7. Exchanges
    • If you’d like to exchange an item (size, colour), contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the replacement is of same price, we may ship it free, otherwise extra charges apply.
